Can I list with my agent at the same time?
Yes, just sign a sole agency agreement with your agent. A sole agency agreement is similar to an exclusive agency agreement. You give rights to only one agent to sell the property but you can find a buyer yourself. E.g, If you find a buyer who has not been introduced by the agent, then no commission is payable to the agent; Please carefully read the terms and conditions in your sole agency agreement and discuss with your agent.
Do I need a sales contract before listing?
Yes, it is mandatory in NSW and ACT to have a sale contract before listing your property for sale; it is most recommended to have a solicitor/conveyancer ready for your sale. As your solicitor/ conveyancer will help you to prepare a sale contract with other required documents in your State/Territory and act on behalf of you throughout the settlement process. (Please contact us if you need a solicitor or conveyancer)
How do I make a sale or rental listing?
Choose a sale/rental package, sign up and login into the dashboard; There is a listing “tab” under “dashboard” tab; select “ residential” to create a residential sale listing; select “rental” to create a rental listing; select” land” to create a land sale listing; select “ rural” to create a rural sale listing.
It is my first time to use your service to sell/rent my property myself/privately, how does it work?
Choose your package then register an account to create your listing, pay your listing to go alive. Once we approve your listing, Your listing will go live to major real estate portals such as realestate.com.au and domain.com.au etc. You can later on login in, make any changes to your listing 24/7. You will receive all online enquirers automatically sent to your email. Our 24/7 call/sms answering system will also make sure you will be contacted by potential buyers/tenants. You set up your own open house time/private appointments to show your property to prospective buyers/tenants and close the deal.

You can purchase our professional property value report which include comparable sale and history in your area. Professional Property value report is free within the sales pro package.

Presentation: Presentation is the key. First impression really matters. Try to use nice photos and write nice description to present your listing. Try to clean and tidy up your property before every inspection.
Price: Price can be another key factor. Because buyers are actively checking the price for comparable sales/sold properties similar to your property.
Can I ask you to take 100% sale process for me?
Yes, we can. If for some reasons that if you do not want to sell your property yourself, we can help you to take 100% sale process (Sydney Metro area only) just for a fixed fee which is more competitive than the traditional agent’s commission. Please check our local agent package for more information.
